Do not buy. This doesn't block WiFi or cell phone signals. I put my phone in my for a minute. The bars indicated the same signal strength as without the hat.

After I tested it with my cellphone the first time and left a review, I saw 5g repeatedly blocked and the signal bars reduce when it was in the hat at a different orientation it does partially block signal.
