Unfortunately, nothing the buyer said is the truth. I contacted him right away and offered a full refund upon the return of the item. The buyer wanted both: the refund and to keep the item. He got very angry, harassed me for days via emails.
70% leaked contents is questionable because the bottle was not see-through.
I reiterate: I offered the full refund, but the buyer closed the return, didn’t want the money anymore and decided to smear my name instead.
