Despite ordering a 15u rackmount enclosure, they telephoned me to tell me that they had a 12u one. This is fine, 12u was sufficient. There seems to consistent problems with this company listing things on ebay that they don't have in stock. Overall their racks are fine, their other components, you should avoid like the plague.

Seller telephoned me to let me know that they did not have these in stock. Against my better judgement i felt pressurised into buying some silly tray thing. Despite me being very specific about the size of the rack that i had, they had no problem at all selling me the wrong sized tray. I didn't want a tray, and i didn't want a 3x 600mm tray for a 1000mm enclosure. Also these rackmount components have fixed screw hole locations rather than slots, making them totally impossible to adjust!

Firstly this item is not the one that's pictured. Secondly, to make matters worse, rather than having slotted holes in the side, it's designed by a complete a total moron with fixed screw hole locations, making it basically impossible to adjust and requiring your entire rack mount enclosure to be rebuilt. Also, the parcel was delayed 4 days in the post, because although it was next day, the seller had also specified weekday, negating next day.
