It would have bern nice to know that an 11 lb ball was not available in a 3 inch pin, as I requested. Seller could have communicated that to me but instead, sent me a 1/2 inch pin. Seller has offered a return but its not worth the hassle at this point. I'll shop elsewhere next time. A little up front communication, having seen my request for a 3- inch pin, could have avoided the whole mess.
