Ich muss sagen, dass sich der Verkäufer vorbildlich verhalten hat. Die Fernbedienung wies ursprünglich einen Defekt auf und der Verkäufer schickte mir eine zweite Fernbedienung. Da er das Problem schließlich nicht lösen konnte, erstattete er auf eigene Initiative das Geld zurück.
