The splitters arrived covered in dust and one of the Splitters arrived damaged, so I contacted the seller and they offered a 20% refund which is $2 which I was not happy with, so then I asked for a replacement to be sent out and there was constant backwards and forwarding on “I can give you a $5 refund” and guilt tripping for me to take the $2 refund but I said I would like a replacement to be sent out! And they said they would get back to me and it’s been a week!!
