Thank you for shipping me the DSC-HX400V. Is this a Japanese model? I can't change the menu on the camera to English. Please let me know how I can solve the problem. Otherwise, I don't know how to operate the device without knowing what I'm doing.

I gave the item description only 4 stars, because the Camera's menu is only in Japanese and cannot be converted to English. When selling to customers in America, this should be made clear. I will get by, because I've had this same camera for nearly 10 years .... but it is a bit frustrating. Other than that ... I'm happy with the purchase.
