The item was described in working order but when I put in new batteries (several different batteries) and cleaned it up it would not turn on even with help from the Bose customer service. Don't advertise it "in working order" when it doesn't work. You waste everyone's time! If I could, I wouldn't even rate this with a star. All I can say is that it came quickly and well packaged in bubble wrap.
