Dear customer, Your first reporting a problem was after 30 days that you received the item. You mentioned that the game doesnt work in the consoles you tried. We asked you to provide us with the problem and indicated that the game is PAL version and you are in NTSC area. We offered you a refund mentioning that ebay will keep part of the refund as fees. We never got a reply whether we should proceed with the refund and instead you gave us a negative feedback.
