DEJA VOODOO is the first band-based album by Gov't Mule since the death of bassist Allen Woody in August 2000. Moreover, it's the first studio album since founding band mates Warren Haynes and Matt Abts named keyboardist Danny Louis and Basist Andy Hess as permanent members of the group. This 12-track milestone at once marks a continuation of and a departure from Gov't Mule's complex 10-year history.

    Sadly this was a gift and it arrived with a cracked/broken case. It could have been shipped in a better envelope or box. For the cost, I expect it to arrive in better packaging. I contacted the seller and he was very rude and then left me bad feedback that I was a bad buyer because I left a negative review for a damaged item. I would not recommend this seller.

    WOW! Leaving negative feedback over a 25-cent cracked jewel case that brand new by the way is pretty petty especially when you didn't bother to contact me before leaving negative feedback. The CD was packed in a standard bubble mailer so precautious were taken. CD jewel cases aren't made very sturdy and can crack no matter how well they are packed.

    It was shipped decently and packaged pretty well. The seller said the jewel case did come cracked and did send a replacement jewel. So technically, it is as described from what they were selling. However the replacement jewel did come scratched, which is a shame. However, this doesn't take away the value from me either way. The case, in my opinion, can easily be replaced. It's the autograph on the cover and the cd which matters to me, more. The case can always be replaced.
