The shoes were new without box. The laces weren t done, but it came with the strings. Definitely fits for a narrow foot, and may be too tight for a normal foot. The length is accurate, but the width was too small for my wide foot. The accept returns, but the buyer pays return shipping - $235 for the cheapest option via UPS. However, the seller was very kind and excellent to work with. I will not be able to return the item, but I will find someone else to enjoy them. They do look like good shoes.
