no problems with Tractive except they use an incompetent transport company ,the delivery address is in spain and the package ended up in Dundee Scotland ,and the transport company insisted the delivery address was wrong, I mean do they think I don't know where I live .The package was not delivered after a total of a month so I requested a refund . Tractive seemed unable to rectify this situation
