Nothing other than “payment received” was indicated, no notification of shipping or tracking info. No answer from seller after trying to contact both times. I requested cancellation - was told can’t bc seller had until 9/12 for product to be received. It’s now 9/13, no product, no refund & no communication from seller!!!!!
