La spedizione inoltre dovrà avvenire entro e non oltre 14 giorni dalla data in cui il Cliente ha comunicato al Venditore la propria decisione di recedere dall'acquisto effettuato, Il valido esercizio del diritto di recesso, oltre che al rispetto dei termini è comunque sottoposto alle seguenti condizioni:

a) la merce dovrà essere restituita completa di tutte le sue parti e dotazioni accessorie (es. cavi, ecc.);

b) il diritto si applica al Prodotto acquistato nella sua interezza Al suo arrivo in magazzino, il Prodotto verrà esaminato per valutare eventuali danni o manomissioni non derivanti dal trasporto. GDG di DEL GIUDICE GIANLUCA in caso di recesso provvederà a rimborsare al Cliente l'integrale importo già pagato per l'acquisto della merce (comprensivo di tutte le voci che lo hanno composto, ad es. spese di spedizione ecc.), entro 14 giorni dal giorno di ricevuta comunicazione dell'esercizio del diritto di recesso da parte del Cliente

IL CLIENTE fornirà le informazioni necessarie alla restituzione delle somme utilizzando i canali di comunicazione e assistenza indicati nel Sito.

Il Venditore qui GDG di DEL GIUDICE GIANLUCA, inoltre:

Nel caso di decadenza/invalidità dell'esercizio del diritto di recesso, la merce rimarrà presso la sede della GDG di DEL GIUDICE GIANLUCA , a disposizione del Cliente/CONSUMATORE per il ritiro a carico del Cliente/consumatore.
