bought item april 11th, waited 10 days item never shipped. contacted seller twice to ask when it would be mailed, finally was told there was emergency but will be shipped next day. Another week gone by, no tracking # provided and no follow up message and after another week no item shipped. A refund issued with no explanation or notice that items would not be shipped.
