    Good communication, I purchased 3 different lots and asked for combined shipping. Box arrived broken open and missing tools and had no shipping wrap at all to keep items protected during transport. When I reached out to seller, within a few days I received a refunded portion of my purchase for multiple lost items. With saying all of this, I would still recommend and will continue to do business with in the future. I hope that the future shipments have less issues, Thank you!

    This is a consignment shop, so they don't necessarily know exact details about some items they list. For this laptop RAM, the capacity of the modules was less than stated on package (8GB/module rather than 32GB/module). However, the seller was absolutely awesome with handling the issue and sent the full refund right away. Really honest and friendly seller. Actual items were very well packaged and promptly shipped. Excellent seller despite this mishap:)

Shipping was combined but cost was not reduced. Seller was asked about combined shipping. They failed to reply. Feedback really should be neutral or negative. Thanks.
