Like new! Love this robe, it is the lighter weight which is more comfortable. After noticing the package had not moved in 2 days, I contacted seller to ask the post office what the problem was. He replied promptly and called and found out it was out for delivery to my home. Seller was very courteous and quick to respond. Will buy from again.
