Terrible experience, unfortunately. Took several days to receive tracking number. Two weeks later, no movement, so reached out to seller who confirmed that card never shipped because they didn't have it. Attempted to offer a lesser condition item in its place. Not sure why a buyer wouldn't be contacted proactively in this situation. I hardly ever leave negative feedback, but this was deserving. Only plus is that seller issued a full refund upon request without pushback.
