Seller ignored cancellation request and eventually responded saying the item was already shipped despite tracking number saying the delivery service hasn’t received the item. Also charged me $14 to ship a CD, which I believe is excessive. I asked for excessive shipping to be refunded if cancellation wouldn’t be possible, but seller refused and threatened to report me to ebay. Not a pleasant experience at all.
