Does not have anything Kedee, which is a type of coupler, trucks do not swivel. Brand is Lionel not Kedee. Listed as Auxiliary tender but is regular tender, N&W Auxiliary tenders are water only tenders. I could tell this from pictures.
Detail and paint are very good , is in great shape but not what I expected. Only Useable as static display.
