Unethical seller. Won an auction and was sent only one of 3 items. The one item broke because it was packed poorly. They told me they have insurance. They gave me a refund but I feel this was done on purpose so they can re sale the other two items I bought at a higher price. Sellers should not do auctions unless they’re willing to accept the outcome. Buyer beware.

The clock is in great condition. I have several Seth Thomas clocks, including the exact model, also in excellent condition. I can’t tell which is in better condition, as the current one is virtually flawless and keeps great time.
Delivery was slightly delayed, but the seller kept very informed and I have no complaints because of the close contact from the seller. This is a positive response because of the seller’s communication.
