This was an honest mistake due to me unfortunately not noticing the quantity in the manufacturer's summary that I pasted into the item description (it was very small print - I now know better). I had 100% positive feedback for 20+ years before this. Buyer's knee-jerk reaction was to leave negative feedback instead of contacting me for a resolution. I immediately contacted the buyer to resolve the issue but they did not respond (I told them I would resolve it however they wanted). Unfortunate.
