Box arrived ripped open, item has two dented corners, bent moving parts which no longer function, and a turning handle snapped off. When paying $109.40 US shipping charges, it is reasonable for customers to expect their items (especially fragile items) to be packaged adequately to prevent damage and to be marked fragile.
