I bought a replacement power connector for my Dell XPS 15 9530. The connector had more power contacts than the old one 1 on the dell one to 2 here) and was tighter, so it was less susceptible to disconnecting, but the part I got was also hard to fit in the laptop due to the cable length being wrong. This part isn't genuine and I guess the listing never claimed it was, but I didn't check before I bought it. I guess that is what you get for sorting price low to high and buying the cheapest one.
