Some wear and tear to cover. Back cover has several marks/stains and is a bit grubby in places. A few scuffs and creases plus a few small chips/nibbles to edges. Rubbing/wear and small creases down spine. Small tear to top of spine (measuring approx. 1/2" or 1.4 cm). Neat repair to base of spine (using clear, possibly archival, cellotape - has not yellowed). Soft vertical creasing. A few small dents/indentations plus several small handling creases. A few small brown stains internally. A couple of pages are a little dog-eared with some creasing/discolouration down edges and a corner crease/dent etc. Small edge tear to one page (affects margin only). A few corner creases. General age discolouration/tanning. But otherwise good. Binding is tight. No loose pages. Internal pages are good overall with no major stains and no annotations. Please see photos for more information. I have photographed the main flaws.”
