The seller said the game had no scratches, which wasn't true. It does. They're not deep, but numerous enough. The game seems to play fine. I decided it wasn't expensive or scratched enough for me to feel it was worth my trouble returning it and finding another copy. I just wish sellers were honest about the description. This happens too often. The case at least is in very good shape.
