My bell tipped candle arrived damaged. The tip was mashed in. I asked to return it & receive a full refund. I was put off by the seller until they heard from the USPS which I was informed it could take up to 3 months. The seller kept insisting that the candle was not damaged when shipped which I do believe but was not the issue. After contacting eBay, seller did offer me half price w/ me keeping the damaged candle. I declined the offer. Ebay has closed my return request w/ no resolution
