Disappointing experience. Item was described as new without tag & Pleats Please item. NO Pleats Please label in the product & clearly not from Pleats Please. Seems to be cheap fake & low quality with thread ends hanging about. I know the original item and Pleats Pleats quality and this is clearly not even close to it.
