Padlock painted white. Not sure if that was original Hermes as the texture seems uneven. I found a like-new Palladium padlock to replace it. But overall the bag seems in new condition. It was missing the plastic rain-coats so not "complete." I had it re-authenticated once it arrived and it checked out with details my authenticator noted, such as the correct number of stitches in key places, lack of micro-scratches in the Swift leather, zipper details, etc. All checked out.
