Item arrived broken. Crack was listed but stated the item held water. Item did not hold water. When the seller was contacted he/she told me to stop messaging them and did not listen to me. He/she assumed we were using this incorrectly and housing a pet in it. When really it was going to be used while the pet’s habitat was being cleaned. I WOULD NEVER buy from this seller again. Extremely poor customer service.

This item was not broken. The crack was on the top and small and described prior to sale and did not effect the function. This item was a children's educational toy that was described as such when it was sold. You filled it entirely with water and tried to use it as an aquatic terrarium for an aquatic toad which is NOT was it is designed for. A child's toy. You admitted to doing this. You then repeatedly messaged me insinuating your misuse of the item was my fault until I told you to stop.
