I asked seller for any scratch or dents because I was reselling it to a client. Seller confirmed item is brand new & no issues. When I received it, there's dent on the right side of the face,very visible & should have been declared truthfully. I did not ship it to my client because I dont want my shop's credibility to be at stake, refunded my client & kept the item because of courier challenges shipping back to US. I only used a forwarding courier to ship to PI & was accused as SCAM by seller

We were told that the reseller's customer did not like our items, so we issued a return label, but you did not return them.Returns to our Japan address in Thailand, which is not your shipping address, cannot be made by a third party who is not the purchaser. Please think carefully. You, the purchaser, can return the item and refund it, but you cannot communicate with the reseller's customer as this is done outside of eBay.Please stop shifting the responsibility of your business to us.T
