Item was shipped very quickly and is new as described. However, the box that it arrived in was pretty banged up. I don't think the package was big enough for the item. When I took the witches hat out, the straight part of the hat was really bent. It took awhile to work it back into place because I didn't want to break the wires. The flowers also needed a decent amount of reshaping. I wish that it had better protection inside of the box to prevent damage during shipping.
