    Item was sent with one set of fittings missing but seller said he had no more. I didn’t want to send it back as I felt postage would be prohibitive on such a cheap item but the item was definately sent without fittings as the outer packaging was intact. Very poor service!

    Not sure what else I could do they were none left to replace any parts. This item was shipped by eBay fulfilment. I informed the customer on the simple procedure they needed to follow (1 minute) so they would be refunded but they chose not to do it. Negative feedback is really unfair in this case.
