I am sorry we did not have a great sale, but you refused to believe that this was a new product. I do not have a factory sealing machine to repackage a used product to look new. Because the battery was not at 100% does not mean the product was used. You had unreasonable demands to resolve the issue and if you see other reviews from people who bought the same item, you will see there was no deception in the product description and the product you purchased.
