The product is counterfeit; which is ilegal simply put; it is presented in a deceiving way. I realized that when I first try to register it at TUMI site and aft unsuccesfull attempts, I took it to a TUMI dealer. I also paid close to 50 USD (in local currency) to FEDEX for taxes, that I did not expected. I want total refund.
