This was not the trinity plus unit but the old classic unit. Someone put the old model in the new box. I alerted the seller (4 weeks ago) but received no response. I was unaware of the change (first experience with nuface) until I went to the nuface site to look at attachments. So, it was not used only once and it definitely wasn't: Trinity+ Smart Advanced Facial Toning Device. It did include all the other items in the product description just not the correct model.
