I'm sorry that the slimming pants didn't fit and I am really sorry that you did not contact me to let me know that you had a problem. I am disappointed that even after refunding you in full, I did so as soon as I read your feedback, you have never shown the courtesy to respond to any messages that I have sent to you.
Most buyers have never experienced a problem with sizing but very rarely a customer has struggled to get them past their thighs and in each case I have refunded in full
