I didn't receive the dress, it was sent back, I tried to fix the problem, I contacted the seller and the post office, unfortunately no agreement was reached

Despite giving measurements, the dress is way too big and will cost a lot to get right. The length is extremely long and needs altering, and the bodace is too baggy and not fitted. The seller also initially claimed I ordered an all black dress when I clearly ordered the black and red. The red looks nothing like the picture, it's bright red instead of a deep red. On top of all that it was almost 2 weeks late. I would return it, but would not be able to get a new dress in time for the prom.
