In March, the buyer purchased a bundle of 3 umbrellas at an agreed price after begging a discount. A month later, he requested to buy more umbrellas and asked for a discount from $190 to $90, citing his status as a returning customer & financial constraints. Despite his insistence, I couldn't accommodate such a steep discount. In response, he angry & left unjustified derogatory feedback from our previous transactions which is THIS listing.
