The coffee press arived very quickly and was securely packaged... BUT it was totally disassembled with NO instruction as to how to put it together. I am fortunate as a pretty mechanically minded type to have been able to assemble it but some would struggle. Very poor. I haven't tested it yet to rate it's performance.
