The exhaust sounds great and was an easy fit, just remember that you do have to pay import taxes and duty’s, this does push up the cost and adds about a week for delivery.

Yes what you say is true but things need to be clarified.
When you buy from our eBay store, since you are based in the UK, you will pay less for the product since you are paying for it WITHOUT VAT.
So in the end, the difference is only around 5%, which represents customs fees.
Which in the end is still significantly cheaper than what you could find directly in the UK from a retailer of the of the brand.
This had to be clarified so as not to mislead people.

A really nice addition to the bike, it looks great and appears to be top quality too. Not loud, although there is a removable baffle for those that like things louder. An EU type approval certificate comes with it. On the down side, it took almost a month to get to me and the Vat and customs charges added another £77 to the base Euro price.

Yes, it is an excellent exhaust for your NINJA 1000. However, we sent you the package on time, if English customs are currently overwhelmed, it is not my responsibility...
And you forget to specify that as you are in the UK, you purchased the exhaust without VAT from me so it is normal to pay it upon arrival of the package on UK territory with also customs fees.
