The special effects are studio grade, improving the quality of every second of the game with full screen anti-aliasing, motion blur, internal lens reflection, and depth-based color grading that adds a visible level of sharpness to the visuals. As the ISA Legion tries to defeat the evil Helghan, you have to endure the harsh conditions of their planet, an environment that only becomes more brutal throughout the hardships of war. The Helghast army knows how to use the climate to their advantage and ensuring that you suffer the greatest toll possible as a result will be part of their strategy. You get to fight back with an arsenal of weapons and vehicles new to this video game as well as classic accessories like the M82-G and StA-52 LA. As a first-person shooter game, you are truly in the action, viewing the carnage from Sev’s point of view and leading his efforts against the enemy. Killzone 2 for PS3 is designed as a peak cover system where you will be required to find cover behind various objects to protect you from Helghast fire and wait for your perfect moment to come out and strike back.
