I am very happy with the product and how the company handled a problem I had with the initial set. I ordered a set and there was a problem with the insert. I responded to their email to me asking me to rate their product. I responded directly back to them with the problem I had found and that they should check their equipment because there was an alignment problem with one of their printers.
I had used a knife to fix the problem. but they sent me a new set that is perfectly made on their own.
