Es kam nie auch nur eine Rückmeldung oder Mail, auf die man hätte reagieren können. Von einem Mangel war nicht mal etwas bekannt, und dann Monate später eine negative Bewertung. Nicht fair auf diese Weise - da man überhaupt nicht reagieren hätte können.
