I bought and it was saying that returners were accepted. I do not buy things with any intention to send it back, but I do like to know I have this option. The hat arrived pretty quickly. However, it did not fit. I attempted to contact the seller many times.. to even try to change for something in his online store. No owner could not get bothered to answer my message. Very upsetting!
