Really time wast not original screen and mark on the screen

Buyer damaged the screen trying to replace the bottom strip ( we sold it damaged due to the high risk replacing this part) .
The buyer demanded a 50% refund for their mistake now claiming the screen wasn't genuine which we quickly disproved ( we've sold loads of Macbook screens on eBay ).
We offered a 35% part-refund as a gesture of good will which the buyer accepted ( of course they would ) but failed to revise the feedback.
