Seller notes: “Complete six volume hardback set with navy blue slipcase. Each volume is bound in beautiful red ... “Complete six volume hardback set with navy blue slipcase. Each volume is bound in beautiful red cloth with gilt lettering to the front and spine. Very good overall condition. There are a few scuffs here and there to the cloth, but not many. The interior are clean with no owner's bookplates or names. I did notice one small pencil mark in the text of volume I, but did notice any other markings. Volume I does have a small, light stain at the bottom edge of the spine (see last two pictures). The title "Jefferson & His Time" on the spine of volume I looks more like silver than gilt--seemingly a printing quirk. The slipcase has a few scuffs and a few minor dings.”
