Vendor sent the wrong size bracelet, and emailed that if the size didn’t work I could return it. He knew the size was wrong and should have not sent it. Now I get an email asking me to take a discount for a $130 bracelet that I can’t do anything with because it is the wrong size and the vendor isn’t giving me a return address or prepaid return label. Why should I pay for their mistake.
