This timepiece was mislabelled as a Russian GMT alarm and in working condition. It's appears to be a vintage Japanese "Modern Deluxe" mechanical alarm watch. The watch crown was stuck and could not move the minute or hour hand. The small red hand is for setting the alarm time instead of for the GMT as described erroneously on the listing. The watch requires professional servicing to function normally.
