Your order has been returned as you did not rearrange a re delivery when Royal Mail left you card. YOU DID NOT HAVE TO request that EBay steps in, if you had asked me for a refund during our communication I would have done this immediately, there was no reason to escalate this matter. Doing this causes issues for sellers and is there as a route when a seller does not respond, it does need to be used when a seller does respond.
